1. Returns

  • You may return unopened and unused items within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be in their original packaging and condition.
  • Used or opened perfumes cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

2. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

3. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order to arrange an exchange.

4. How to Return an Item

  • We will provide instructions for sending your item back.
